Maternity Pay In order to receive maternity pay you must have been continuously employed by Robates for a period of 26 weeks before your qualifying week. The qualifying week is the week 15 weeks prior to the week your baby is due. If you do not fulfil this criterion then you will not be entitled to Maternity Pay.
