If I fail to pay the administrative fee for my fare evasion citation within 30 days of the offense, what will happen?
If you do not pay the administrative fee for a fare evasion citation within 30 days of the offense, the citation will be submitted to the appropriate Justice of the Peace Court for a judicial resolution.
