Unfortunately no, eating tuna 2 times a week does not provide enough DHA. You need to eat 100gm of tuna 7 times a week to get the equivalent DHA to 2 NeuroSpark capsules per day. Tuna oil in NeuroSpark comes from under the skin of the fish. It is not the same as the vegetable oil added to tinned tuna-in-oil. Vegetable oil has no DHA, only the tuna meat provides DHA. So tinned tuna-in-water provides as much DHA as tinned tuna-in-oil.
