its not really good to just eat fruit and drink water you could actually gain weight from not getting the nutrient’s you need but if its works the way you want it to you could lose 2-8 pounds

Idk bout that but all i can tell u is thats unhealthy. Ppl now a days get confused just eating fruit will make u loose weight, thats false, u need a balanced diet of everythin including meat and sweets and excersize, that is the main thing. Ur body needs its balanced diet in proper porportions.

As much as I know, Grapes and Cherries have the highest calorie among all kinds of fruits. By the way, what you are doing is REALLY unhealthy. I have a biology degree from UCLA. Trust me. This isn’t they way to lose weight. You NEED to take proteins in your diet. They are 9 proteins out of 20 total that your body can’t make. You have to take them in your diet. If you want, eat fruit, but add one slice of bread and 2 eggs to your diet everyday too. Eggs each have 60 calorie and the bread like 120. that totals to 400. You should eat at least a 1000 a day. TAKE PROTEINS AND A LITTLE CARBOHYDRATES. Good luck. Ohhhh… also, best way to lose weight is to SWIM. just be in water. your body burns 60 percent of its calorie to keep your body warm. if you go in water, it has to burn more!
