If I don’t want to use MShift, how will I sign up for extra shifts?

MShift will be the only manner in which to sign up for extra shifts. By doing so, everyone has a fair chance to see the open shift needs and you gain extra incentives from the ShiftRewards point programs, a benefit you don’t want to miss! The only exception to this is when a unit has a last minute need and asks you to pick it up. For those instances, you will not have to use MShift since the shift cannot be posted 4 hours prior to the start of the shift. You would still be paid at at the appropriate rate (MShift does not impact your pay rate; if you are eligible for SNSP, you will be paid at that rate), but you would not receive any points for the shift.
