A. Follow these steps to recover your NetID and password: – Go to: http://www.csueastbay.edu/netid/ – For students, click “Students”. For others, click “Faculty, Staff & Library Patrons” – Click “Recover your lost NetID” – Fill in all of the fields – use the examples as a guide – Click “Get NetID” information – Answer the questions you set up when you activated – Click “Submit Choice” – Your NetID will be displayed. – Go to the steps above to get your password.
