Therefore, you cannot file an information return online for a previous year. If you wish to file an information return for a previous year, you must request a pre-completed Dclaration annuelle (annual declaration). Send a request by mail to Revenu Qubec or contact Services Qubec by email, by telephone or in person. A late-filing penalty will apply.
