If I delete my current windows account that Im on now & create another – will It get rid of the trojan virus?

No because it’s integrated into Windows, not a part of your account. Before you go deleting everything and formatting the drive you should probably try the following: Download, update and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. http://malwarebytes.org/ Download and run Ccleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/ If you have antivirus software, make sure that you’ve updated it then run a full scan. If not, download Avast Home (or another antivirus like AVG), make sure it’s updated then run it. http://avast.com/ It’s probably a good idea to update these programs after download, then reboot, hold F8 as Windows boots and you’ll be offered the startup options – choose ‘Start in Safe Mode’. Once it has booted, run full scans with Anti-Malware and Avast, clean up junk files and scan the registry with Ccleaner.. It’s a bit slower but it’s a lot harder for mal

no if you got a trojan it is in your computer not your account, you have to clean your hard drive – i normally wipe mine completely and use the restore disc then start from scratch

No it won’t. Most trojans (fake anti-virus programs) put files all over the place, i.e.: C:\Windows C:\Windows\System32 C:\Programs If you delete your user account the all that will happen is that you will delete this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Do a Google search on the name of the product that this trojan is trying to get you to buy and you should see a forum where they can help you uninstall the trojan.
