Valid For: xMSA Online 1.0 No. xMSA Online creates Business Partners in the role General. In order for CRM contacts to show up in Outlook, they Business Partners must be in the role “Contact” AND Groupware Integration must be configured. Role management for xMSA Online would require an enhancement to the application.
