No. If you already have a bachelor degree or a higher award such as a graduate diploma, you are not usually eligible. These scholarships are intended to assist people at the beginning of their tertiary education. (If you are a graduate diploma student in 2009 check the guidelines for CAS or CECS for graduate diploma courses in education and nursing that are eligible).
