Most of your basic 100 and 200 level courses will transfer. The web page www.NJTransfer.org specifies which courses from any of the 19 community colleges are equivalent to specific courses at any of the four-year colleges and universities in New Jersey, including Rutgers. To be eligible, you must earn a minimum grade of C. Grades of C- or lower do not transfer.
