You may change your mind for 2007 at any time during the open enrollment period, from November 1, 2006 to 7 p.m. on December 29, 2006. After December 29, you cannot switch from the NYSEG Default Supply Option / NYSEG Variable Price Option and the NYSEG Fixed Price Option or vice versa. You can switch at any time from the NYSEG Fixed Price Option and the ESCO Option with Supply Adjustment or vice versa. You can switch at any time from the NYSEG Default Supply Option / NYSEG Variable Price Option and the ESCO Price Option or vice versa.
