No, it is not possible at this time to change your UW Windows Live ID. UW Technology needs to assist you prior to changing your UW NetID or you will lose all of the content of your UW Windows Live and UW Outlook Live accounts. Please contact UW Technology at 206-221-5000 for assistance.
