Yes. If you cancel the reservation and the reservation hasn`t been paid for or the money for the reservation has been returned to your account due to cancelation, the points associated with that particular booking will not be applied to your account. Note: If you cancel or do not use Zogox service that has been paid for, the travel points associated to that booking are still going to be applied to your account.
