If I can create a one-year budget, does Kardin have the ability to create multiple (such as 3 or 5) year budgets as well?
Yes. Each year in a multi-year budget will have its own file, but the leasing data in these files can be linked together so changes only need to be entered once. After you’ve completed your 1st-year budget, simply make a copy for each additional year. Open the copies and 1) change the budget start dates and 2) link the leasing sections to your source file. You can also increase each year’s expenses by a % or adjust the budgets directly in budget input.
