Generally yes. It depends on your carrier, their carrier, and how up to date every interconnection point in between you is. It’s pretty reliable showing the number, but some places with older equipment in the legacy network have trouble passing the name as well. But that’s an issue with the connections between different phone companies, not your cell phone.
