If I approve (Mark Worked) a deleted entry in my work list and also approve (Mark Worked) the “NEW” entry, will this charge post twice?
No approvals of journals DO NOT post entries into the system, only the General Accounting can post the entry. By marking an entry as worked you are electronically indicating that you have reviewed the entry. If there are no issues, the entry will then be available for General Accounting to review and post to the ledger.
