Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time at no charge. Changes/Substitutions must be made in writing via email to regquestions@confreg.com. Substituting registration status to an individual outside of your company will not be granted. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written email approval from the DevCon 2010 Planning Team.
