If I am starting in OST 2 (or 3) and gained some OST 2 (or 3) competencies as part of the application preparation for MMC, can I use the evidence towards my OST training?
Evidence of competencies achieved before starting OST may be considered in the assessment of your future training needs and placements. This is up to the Programme Director and local Specialty Training Committee. They may decide to accept some or all or none of the previously achieved higher-than-entry-level competencies in relation to future training requirements. They may of course be of value in connection with an Article 14 application. 15) As there are no generic induction / mid-point / end-point review forms nor PDP forms (unlike in Foundation), I plan to construct my own and upload them.
