As a finished system, GemThane™ Siding has a lifetime warranty. When GemThane Cottage Coat™ (the topcoat used in the manufacture of GemThane™ Siding) is applied on-site over an existing substrate, it is difficult to predict the exact life expectancy. However, we do guarantee that GemThane Cottage Coat™ will last twice as long as the finish previously used by you or we will replace it.
