If I am just a single user, is MaxHire the right choice for me?
There are two main reasons that companies select MaxHire. The first reason is the need to share data between people in disparate locations. If you are a single user, you don’t need to share data with anyone else so this is not really an issue. The second reason is for the features. MaxHire would be a good solution for you if you need more advanced features to manage your data such as the ability to store large amounts of data, robust resume searching, resumes extraction, mass email, website integration, and highly tuned applicant tracking features. Another good measure of need is the volume of resumes you receive per week. If you receive more than 50 or so resumes per week, you probably need a more robust system like MaxHire with good automation to automatically capture, organize and extract data from these resumes to reduce data entry.
