If I am given a price estimate and the boarding rate increases prior to the date of my reservation, will I be charged the new higher rate?
Yes. Abigolds boarding rates and service fees are subject to change without notice. Rate increases are sometimes necessary to cover the cost of operation. These increases are made after considerable thought and are done to ensure the highest quality care for your dog. When a price increase is necessary, it will become effective as of a certain date, and all reservations on or after that date will be revised to reflect the current rates. When you make a reservation, you are given a boarding cost estimate. THIS AMOUNT IS AN ESTIMATE AND IS NOT AN AGREEMENT TO BOARD FOR THAT EXACT AMOUNT. The final boarding amount will be determined at the time of pick-up and will include applicable changes in drop-off or pick-up times and any applicable service fees. Payment is due at drop-off, but any additional charges must be paid at pick-up before the dog will be released to his owner.
