Yes, yes, yes, and yes! Our faculty will review your application ONLY if you can document what your TOEFL/TWE/TSE scores were when you initially came to the United States through the department where you are now a student. If our department is interested in your application, we will ask the Graduate School for a waiver. However, this waiver is NOT automatic and documentation must be submitted to the Graduate School.
