If I am enrolled in the Notre Dame sponsored health insurance (UHC Student Resources), how can I get my prescription filled after graduation?
Before graduation, with enough valid refills we can supply you with medication until the end of the insurance period (August 14, 2009). If you need prescriptions after graduation and you are still living in South Bend, we will still fill your prescriptions only through August 14th. However, you must pay cash for the co-pays. If you have moved away from South Bend, you may use the prescription discount card and pay for the prescription. Keep your receipt and submit it directly to UHC Student Resources for reimbursement. Visit their website, claims@studentinsurance.net, for assistance. We cannot mail prescriptions to you after graduation.
