Call our BankCard Customer Service department at 1-800-645-2103 available 24 hours 7 days a week and tell the service representative that you want to cancel your enrollment in Commerce BankCards Online. We will handle everything for you. If you wish to re-enroll at some point, you will need to use a different user name from the one you previously used to register for the service.
