If you are eligible for the Low Income Subsidy and participate in the HOP Basic Medicare Rx Plan, your billable monthly premium for 2011 is $0.00. These premiums apply regardless of whether you qualify for LIS payments at the 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% level.
