If I am currently living on campus and have submitted my 2009-2010 Academic year housing application and want to live with a new student coming to BSU next year, can I live with them?

No. All returning students will get to choose an assignment in either University Suites or the University Inn for the upcoming year. New students will not be eligible to live in those buildings their first year here, unless they are in one of our Residential College Programs housed in the Suites.
