If I am an existing WorldPerks member, how do I apply for a card?
For existing WorldPerks members, please provide your valid and registered WorldPerks membership number and full name. You may also attach a copy of your WorldPerks membership card, a copy of your E-mileage summary or any document that shows your valid name and number. This is to ensure that all WorldPerks miles earned using the BPI WorldPerks MasterCard are consolidated and accumulated in the valid and registered WorldPerks membership number.
