If I am an EEA citizen graduating from an EEA country will I be able to apply for the Foundation Programme 2012?
All applicants for the Foundation Programme 2012 must hold, or be in a position to gain, provisional GMC registration with a Licence to Practise. Some EEA citizens who have obtained/will obtain their primary medical qualification from certain EEA countries are unable to apply for provisional GMC registration and therefore are not eligible to apply for the Foundation Programme 2012. The list of countries are below and are correct at the time of publishing. Please refer to the GMC website for up to date information.
