If I am admitted to the Masters program in Educational Psychology, will I be able to receive the California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in school psychology?
No. You need to apply separately to the School Psychologist Credential Program. Upon acceptance to the School Psychologist Credential Program, a master’s student may petition to be assigned to Track 2 no later than May 1 of that academic year. Track 2 is the joint Educational Psychology/School Psychology program.
