You must make sure you are not on a UCI trade team for any discipline (road, track, or mountain bike) and that you do not ride any of the following events in 2004: The Olympic Games The Continental Championships A UCI World Cup Elite World Championships You must also have a license (or proof) indicating US citizenship or permanent residency.
