You must make sure you are not a member of a UCI trade team for any discipline (road, mountain bike, or track) and that you do not ride any of the following events in 2004: The Olympic Games The Elite World Championships The Continental Championships A UCI World Cup You must also have a license (or proof) indicating US citizenship or permanent residency.
