Yes. There is no difference in the process of acquiring a Taal View Heights lot between Filipino citizens and former Filipino citizens who now hold foreign citizenship. According to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of the Philippine Retirement Authority, Republic Act 7042, as amended by R.A. 8179, allows former Filipinos to purchase private land up to a maximum area of 5,000 sqm in the case of urban land or three (3) hectares, in the case of rural land to be used for business or other purposes.
