If I am a Core Leader and start completing several Core Leadership projects and continue to advance on the Matrix of Leadership, will I be guaranteed promotion to a J.E.C.L. position?
No. As in the real world, there are no guarantees. J.E.C.L. appointments are also not a popularity content or an elected position. CLP members are promoted to a J.E.C.L. position provided the CLP Director thinks you are ready for the next step, subject to availability of positions that would be suitable based on your abilities, feedback from alumni interviews, if applicable, and subject to approval by SARs Quality Oversight Committee (QOC).
