Yes, you can. And if you do choose to fire your original lawyer and hire the Law Offices of Michael P. McCready & Associates as your new lawyer, you won’t have to pay anything extra. In a worker’s compensation case, your lawyer is entitled to 20% of what you receive. If you change lawyers, this does not change.
