Adding a class within the allowed timeframe to add full-term classes will allow the Financial Aid Office to recieve notice of the units a student is enrolled in and funding will be disbursed accordingly. However, classes that are added after the last date to add full-term classes will not be calculated into a student’s disbursement. Adjustments cannot be made for classes added after the census date. The main classes affected by this policy are “open entry classes”, such as PEACT-30, PEACT-30A and ART-68B. For any questions regarding this policy, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
