If I access MetaLib but then leave it for over fifteen minutes it takes me out of the Laureate portal and into the Liverpool portal. What can I do?

If you access MetaLib but don’t do anything with it for more than fifteen minutes, it times out of the ‘Laureate portal’ – the portal designed specifically for the online students. It then takes you into the ‘Liverpool portal’ which is used by the on campus students. To get back to the ‘Laureate portal’ click on the portal icon at the top right of the screen and then select Laureate. To check you are in the correct portal look in the top right corner of your MetaLib screen – it should say GUEST, LAUREATE (or, if you have logged into MetaLib, your username, LAUREATE ).
