I would be wise to clarify certain points: 1. God doesn’t “hate”. There are just certain things that God and all the he represents are not compatible with, one of them being abortion: the killing of an innocent being. 2. He doesn’t cause miscarriages. Just because He is almighty doesn’t mean that everything that happens is because of Him. Sometimes things happen that we can’t control or we just can’t fully understand, and that doesn’t mean that someone directly intervened in it. God did create us and He does watch over us, but that does not mean that He is behind every single thing that happens. That being said, I think that this is something that can explain a little bit what goes on. It’s not a great answer, but I hope it helped.
