If former enrollees or graduates were working or were on paid leave the week before being contacted by interviewers, were paid for enough hours in that week for their jobs to qualify as Job Corps placements (minimum of 20 hours for part time, and 32 hours for full time), and earned at least the federal minimum wage, they will be considered as placed in a job for that particular survey (6- or 12-month).
