If employers don have to pay, couldn anybody browse my resumé?

For the privacy of our members, we require employers to sign up and provide their company name and information before they can browse resumés. Occasionally though, scam artists do manage to create accounts and browse resumés. Always use caution and common sense when communicating with anyone online, and remember that NO legitimate company will EVER ask you to send money to them or anyone else.
