After completion of diagnostic records, Dr. Kastrop spends a considerable amount of time determining what options a patient has. A consultation is scheduled at which time Dr. Kastrop will discuss all aspects of treatment, including cost. It is virtually impossible to tell how much treatment would cost without seeing the patient.
