The Valuer-General’s Office have been notified of Council’s preparation of the proposed Shoalhaven Citywide LEP, and further upon the gazettal of the draft instrument in the future, the Valuer-General’s Office will be notified again of its gazettal. Land values will then be assessed accordingly by the Valuer-General’s Office. Further information may be sought directly from the Valuer-General’s Office at http://www.lands.nsw.gov.au/valuation, or telephone their Wollongong office on (02) 42759400.
