If children are schooled in a small community with a few teachers will they be able to adjust to switching classes in high school?
YES! We did. Some of the staff were schooled in 1st through 8th grade schools and were able to transition to high school easily. Every child will transition sometime from a single teacher to multiple teachers, whether this is in 6th grade, 7th grade, high school or college. We have watched children make this transition for years. There is always a period of adjustment, but the child who feels secure and is confident in their own skills will use the new learning opportunity to their benefit.
