If Brett Favre does sign with the Vikings, how would it change Minnesotas Super Bowl futures?
If Favre does in fact come back yet again, the odds on the Super Bowl would go from 15-1 to about 12-1 and move the NFC from 6-1 to 5-1. We’d then wait to see how much money comes in at those numbers before adjusting again. But I think it’s all a moot point as Favre says he’s going to remain retired. But what does that mean from a guy who’s retired about a half a dozen times in the past three years. Biggest win of the week Monday’s game where Houston upset the Lakers. Just under 70 percent of the money was on the Lakers. We didn’t get hurt like you may think on a 3-1 underdog winning outright, as hardly anyone expected the Lakers to lose straight up. We also did extremely well on the halftime line for that game. With the Lakers down three points at the half, almost all the money was bet on the Lakers -7.5 for the second half.
