It is also my understanding that double ended bulbs do not have a U.V filtering, outside envelope. In a DIY project, how would one come by UV filters. Thanks again for many answered questions. I’d give away my mom’s Chitins ‘n’ Hot Sauce recipe to be able to get the reef lighting right the first time around…JS
