If an Output Schedule is not required to be submitted Day-Ahead, what is submitted in the COP (Current Operating Plan) to trigger the need to submit Output Schedule in Adjustment Period?
If you submit a COP (Current Operating Plan) showing the unit as “OUT” (offline and unavailable) during Adjustment Period (AP), HRUC (Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment) will ignore the unit and will not commit. If you update the COP in the AP to show ONOS, and submit an Output Schedule, SCED (Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch) will dispatch the Resource to its Output Schedule MW (Megawatt) for specified hours.
