If an entity has qualified to submit Bids in the REC RFP, is it possible to change the name of the qualified entity for the submission of Bids?

No. The entity that has fulfilled the qualification requirements and that has signed the REC Master Agreement is the only entity that is allowed to submit bids that may then be presented and accepted by the Commission. 5/4/2009, in Renewables RFP.
