If an employee is not satisfied with their summary rating, what recourse do they have to rebut and/or change the final score?
Employees may ask their supervisor for reconsideration on their final summary rating. Such reconsideration requests must be processed under the appropriate negotiated grievance procedures or under the Departments administrative grievance procedure, whichever is applicable.
