Since all agencies are now live, please contact Shared Services to report pre SAP overpayment situations. Q: If an employee is overpaid and has separated from DOC and has paid off the overpayment and gets re-hired at DHHS, how will SAP know the overpayment has been paid. A: The system will track overpayments for employees. Agency payroll will adjust the records once the overpayment has been collected so that if rehired, the employee payment will be up to date.
