If an employee has had perfect attendance for a period of years, will they receive extra entries into the quarterly and annual drawings?
Those resolute employees with a long history of perfect attendance were part of the inspiration for this program. Their commitment and sense of responsibility are admirable and enviable, and we want to thank them. The TEXAS Program (Terrific Employees eXcel in Attendance Stewardship) is not retroactive, however. UTMB began to evaluate attendance for this newly launched program on September 2, 2000. We welcome the opportunity to recognize and reward our best “attenders,” old and new, from this point forward.
